We truly love pets… however, not here at the hotel…
No visitors are allowed on the property unless they are invited by one of our registered guests
No guest has the right to give lodging to another person without obtaining the managers authorization, and without making the corresponding payment and registration arrangements.
The Hotel is not responsible for any loss of personal items left in the rooms.
Radios, televisions and ipods should be used at a normal volume so as not to disturb the tranquillity of the other guests.
When paying your invoice we will gladly furnish you with a receipt should you need it for your records. For our Mexican guests we are quite happy to furnish a formal factura once we receive your RFC information and no later than one day after payment has been received.
The Hotel is not responsible for any problems associated with vehicles ( robbery, theft or vandalism ) parked in front of the Hotel. Secured parking is possible within our garden for a nominal fee
The Hotel is obligated to respect all properly confirmed reservations. All reservations must comply with our deposit requirements.
Guests should pay for all room charges upon arrival when they check in. Any additional charges are to be paid when extra services are requested.
Guest should take proper care of the furniture and amenities provided in each room. When a guest leaves the room he should note that windows and doors are locked. Water faucets, stoves, light switches and air conditioning should be turned off.
Any article left by guests will be under the management’s custody for a period not to exceed 30 days. Once this term is concluded without any claims being made for the objects, the hotel can dispose the object(s) at its sole discretion.
We at Los Milagros can deny service to any guest we deem to be too intoxicated or under the influence of any drugs or any other suspect circumstances.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel lodging service when the behavior of any guest could affect the moral or good practices of the establishment, or when the actions of the guest could affect the tranquillity of other guests.
The Hotel offers laundry services for the guests, which is provided by our staff for an additional charge to the guest. The hotel assumes no responsibility for this optional service.

To confirm any reservation made directly on our web site, the guest is required to pay a first nights deposit, this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE, however this deposit can be applied to a future booking (within 6 months).
Any changes made to an existing reservation have to be made at least 2 week prior to the arrival and is based solely on availability.

Our pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, be advised that we do not have a lifeguard on premise.
