Storm threat for Cabo

After months of calm, the possibility of stormy weather for Cabo looks likely by next weekend.

Metmex reckons that an area of low pressure, currently to the south east of Mexico, could develop into a cyclone over the next 5 days. Causing rains in Cabo up to 30-40 mm.

At the moment, the most likely day for rain in Cabo and La Paz looks like  overnight on the 23rd into the morning of 24 August.

And for now, contrary to the initial forecast yesterday, there is no prediction of winds hitting land (as trajectory of the storm has changed in the last 24 hours).
