Cabo grows as movie location

With an astonishing 38 shoots over the last 2 years, the cinematic appeal of BCS is evident. Movies, documentaries, TV and commercials have all been shot at multiple locations across BCS.

Among those filmed in Cabo were the famous German reality show “Der Bachelor” and the even more famous US TV show “Real Housewives of New Jersey. And let’s not forget  Balandra beach  - which provided the backdrop the Pantene shampoo advertising campaign.

Production companies are turning to the beautiful natural surroundings of the Baja more and more.  Upcoming shoots for 2019 include an American series, commissioned for Netflix. Due to be filmed in early 2019.

And with the growing popularity of the Los Cabos, Todos Santos, and now La Paz Film Festivals, BCS has a firm foothold in the film industry.
